Doing a little digging and came across this site.
What I think it is suppose to be is Inspire 2 Serve, problem is, no where on the site does it state that, there doesn't seem to be a title of any kind. Included is a pic and write up of one of the commissioners.
In addition there is a disclaimer that is unclear to me, I don't understand why it is there in the first place (see image) it also make use of an official looking govt logo. (is this trickery)
Has anyone heard of this program? Does anyone understand the disclaimer? I Appreciate the help Anons, Thanks!
