Sure looks that way to me. Again, why would anyone take a selfie of a hand like that!? The pic looks like stenography. The actual hidden picture has been replaced with another picture and the only difference between the two is at the hand, where the medallion looks like it would fit perfectly. THAT Medallion isn't on EBAY or for sale because it has meaning to them going back to when Pius IX gave Carrera the Order of St. Gregory the Great. The best I can make out of that history is Carrera was a traditionalist who restored the church after decades of war. If you simplify it down to traditional vs. secular ways it fits. The "price" of the medallion seems to me like an insult.
