If you listen carefully to the audio, some observations should become very apparent.
1) we are not hearing all the comms
2) we hear 4 people talking, 3 males and 1 female.
SEA APP: FEMALE (DISPATCH)
ROCK41: MALE (F-15 PILOT)
ROCK42: MALE (F-15 PILOT)
BIGFOOT: MALE (??? PILOT)
3) not heard, but reference is made to from those above
ATC: AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL
TOI1: RICH RUSSELL
So, who is BIGFOOT and what is he flying??? The KC135R? He seems to be in command of the intercept operation and has eyes on the crash scene. Could he be high altitude reconnaissance as I do not recall any other aircraft being seen by eye witnesses.
