Go build a good life for yourself. Health, friends, career, financial security, whatever it is that makes you happy. If there is something that is keeping you from doing that then you have found another fight worth winning. Not sure of your philosophical beliefs but if you don't carry around a copy of Meditations then I highly recommend you look into it.
