There's plenty on geoengineeringwatch.org. The compound is aluminum, strontium, and barium, the same that's listed in patents for weather modification technology held by the government. The same compound has been found in the air, soil, and rainwater with lab tests to prove it. If you don't believe it, it's because you haven't learned about it yet.
There's video of a pilot who asks for the camera to be turned off that says, "It's a necessary evil." Harvard's David Keith has been promoting a "global conversation" about using geoengineering to stave of global warming since at least 2007. There's a TED Talk about it.
There's also a USAF whistleblower, Kristen Meghan. Also, China does it openly.
