I saw a vid of a guy traveling across country, digging on "chem trails" He was driving near an airport, saw a sign that referred to the subject, stop in a local business and started asking questions and talking to employees of the company, on tape and found out IT IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE! They call it "cloud seeding" and they've been doing it for many years. Local governments have contracts with these companies to affect a certain watershed for the betterment of the crops grown and farmers in the watershed
