I have done that on occasion - one of three things happen

1) you identify the plane on radar - so far I have identified several Air Canada planes spraying

2) it's on radar but not identifidable

3) you see it in the sky with your own eyes - and it's not on any radar at all ADS-B, flightradar24, etc

I've had all 3 happen
