And this week a recent poll found that black business ownership under President Trump jumped 400% in ONE YEAR!

African American business owners are on the rise. According to the Minority 2018 Small Business Trends survey, the number of black-owned small businesses in the U.S. increased by a staggering 400% in a year-over-year time period from 2017 to 2018.
The new survey, which was conducted by Guidant Financial and LendingClub, interviewed more than 2,600 business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. It found that 45% of all small business in the country were owned by minority ethnic groups in 2018. This is a dramatic uptick from 2015 when the total percentage of minority business owners was 15%. The largest minority group of respondents were African American at 19%, followed by Hispanic at 14%, Asian at 8%, and Native American at 4%.
Of the African American small business owners surveyed, 63% identified as men and 38% as women. Most fell between the ages of 40 to 49 with 28%, while 25% were between 50 and 59 years old, and 22% are 30 to 39. The research also showed that the highest volume of African American entrepreneurs lives in Texas, followed by Georgia, California, Florida, and North Carolina.

Preet Bharara: ‘God bless the Deep State’ if it’s people who care about the law
Former U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara spoke out in favor of members of the “deep state,” suggesting the theory is really a description of career professionals who try to uphold the law and “just do what’s right.”
“By deep state, if you mean professionals who are consummate professionals, who understand what continuity means, who understand what the Constitution is. Who don’t care about party, who don’t care about politics, who just do what’s right and honor the law and honor the Constitution,” Bharara told Bill Maher on his HBO show, and added in jest: “Then God bless the deep state.”

Why does the CDC own a patent on Ebola 'invention?'

From the patent description on the EboBun virus, we know that the U.S. government:
1) Extracts Ebola viruses from patients.
2) Claims to have "invented" that virus.
3) Files for monopoly patent protection on the virus.
To understand why this is happening, you have to first understand what a patent really is and why it exists. A patent is a government-enforced monopoly that is exclusively granted to persons or organizations. It allows that person or organization to exclusively profit from the "invention" or deny others the ability to exploit the invention for their own profit.
It brings up the obvious question here: Why would the U.S. government claim to have "invented" Ebola and then claim an exclusively monopoly over its ownership?

Pro-life activist works to lift gag order on new videos about organ harvesting in abortion industry
Pro-life activist and Planned Parenthood investigator David Daleiden is fighting to release footage of his most explosive information about the organ harvesting trade in the abortion industry.
What happened?
Daleiden’s attorneys have filed motions to lift a gag order on the information, the Washington Free Beacon reported. He has 12 additional undercover videos that allegedly show senior Planned Parenthood and other abortion providers openly talking about how they make money from harvesting organs of aborted babies.
Starting in 2015, Daleiden began releasing videos about the abortion industry. His work led to several state and federal investigations on the organ harvesting trade, along with fierce backlash from abortion providers. He obtained the video footage by concealing his identity and going undercover as an organ procurer at a National Abortion Federation conference. In response, the organization filed with a federal lawsuit and obtained a court order blocking the release of additional footage.
Daleiden, founder of the Center for Medical Progress, hopes to have the gag order lifted so his non-profit group can publish the rest of its material.
The new material “includes some of the most damning and incriminating footage we ever recorded,” he told media. Daleiden said the most explosive information was saved for last so the public could first be educating on the practice of organ harvesting in the U.S.
“We’re pressing for the entire thing to be dismissed,” he reportedly said during a recent telephone conference with reporters. “You could expect a solid dozen more videos really in the same vein as the original undercover [material].… This gag order should be dissolved in October, and we should be able to release the tapes at that time.”
The NAF initially filed an 11-part complaint against Daleiden, but it has since dropped 7 of the claims, the Free Beacon reported. The Supreme Court declined to review the gag order in April.
The withdrawal of parts of the lawsuit shows “…that the original justifications for that gag order don’t stand,” Daleiden said.
In August 2017 Daleiden and his lawyers were found in contempt and fined $200,000 for releasing a video that showed a Planned Parenthood executive telling NAF attendees that abortion is “killing.” YouTube and other video-sharing sites later deleted the video.
Who started a criminal investigation?
Daleiden is facing criminal charges from the state of California because of his recordings and his use of a fake name on his credentials. The charges followed an investigation by former attorney general and current senator Kamala Harris (D-Calif.).
Daleiden attorney Peter Breen of the Thomas More Society said he believes the case will be dismissed. A Texas judge did the same with similar charges in 2016, he said.
“This is the first and only time in history a California attorney general has prosecuted an undercover journalist for taping,” Breen stated in the report.

Trump continues to dismantle Obama’s climate legacy, will reverse another signature Obama-era policy
President Donald Trump plans to unveil a new plan this week that will allow states to establish emissions standards for coal-fired power plants, reversing another key Obama-era climate policy.
What are the details?
According to the New York Times, Trump’s plan will allow individual states the freedom to decide how to regulate coal-fired power plants and carbon dioxide emissions.
The Environmental Protection Agency estimates the plan will affect more than 300 U.S. coal-fired power plants, the Washington Post reported.
The plan would roll back restrictive regulations implemented by former President Barack Obama’s Clean Power Act, which imposed strict federal emissions standards on coal-fired power plants, in turn hurting an already ailing coal industry. Obama’s plan sought to sharply reduce greenhouse gas emissions while phasing out coal-fired plants in favor of those fueled by wind, solar power, and natural gas.
Obama crafted the policy ahead of entering into the Paris Agreement on climate change. However, the Supreme Court in 2016 blocked the policy from taking effect after utility companies sued, arguing the EPA had overstepped its boundaries. The policy remains blocked today.
Trump will unveil the plan on Tuesday during a rally in West Virginia, the Times reported.
How will the proposal affect greenhouse gas emissions?
According to the Post, Trump’s proposal will severely hamper efforts to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other gases believed to drive climate change.
In fact, the Post found that Trump’s plan will result in the release of at least 12 times more carbon dioxide over the next 10 years compared with Obama’s Clean Power Act.

By 2030, according to administration officials, the proposal would cut CO2 emissions from 2005 levels by between 0.7 percent and 1.5 percent, compared with a business-as-usual approach. Those reductions are equivalent to taking between 2.7 million and 5.3 million cars off the road.
By comparison, the Obama administration’s Clean Power Plan would have reduced carbon dioxide emissions by about 19 percent during that same time frame. That is equivalent to taking 75 million cars out of circulation and preventing more than 365 million metric tons of carbon dioxide from entering the atmosphere.
The policy change follows another rollback of Obama-era climate policy.
Earlier in August, Trump unveiled a plan that would freeze regulations Obama placed on tailpipe emissions from cars and trucks. The change was also aimed at giving states more power over climate regulations.

MSNBC “PoliticsNation” host Rev. Al Sharpton criticized President Donald Trump on Sunday for calling former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman a dog.
He said the president needs to be more respectful. But while making his point, Sharpton botched the famous lyrics of singer Aretha Franklin. The iconic singer, who died last week at age 76, was close friends with Sharpton.
Trump has on several occasions publicly criticized people by comparing them to dogs.
“…The moment they deviate from their good behavior, and fail to fetch, you publicly condemn them or Twitter with animalistic slurs,” Sharpton said.
“I think you might’ve learned the lesson this week, sometimes the dog bites back with a book deal,” Sharpton added, referring to a book penned by Newman that bashes Trump.
Sharpton also used a metaphor for the name used for a female dog.
“You know what they say about payback, it’s a real, well, I’m sure you know the word I’m thinking of,” he said.
Then Sharpton delivered his punchline:
