Found it easier to put up with. Seems like the white hats are having somewhat an effect on that operation because I'll have some relatively harassment free days lately. They do get bored after a while or they're focused on bigger things.
Another thing is I noticed the negative thought patterns they try to keep you on as they are "textbook", they will always try to keep you thinking and doing the same things over and it's actually easy to notice and avoid for me anyways.
