St. Nicholas who inspired Santa Claus lived between 270 and 343 AD in Myra, Asia Minor. The Nicolaitans were around centuries earlier before the writing of the Book of Revelation (estimated 81-96 AD). Therefore, the two figures/leaders are unrelated. St. Nicholas is a great saint who performed miracles and helped the poor, especially children.

The NOTABLES on the Nicolaitans (Bread #3364 & #3365) being connected to Saint Nicholas and Santa Clause is thus incorrect and misleading.

God created us for love, beauty, truth, goodness, joy. Humans decided that wasn't sufficient and disobeyed His commands ending life in the Garden of Paradise and bringing us into a world of death, suffering and slavery to sin. Sin is turning away from God or from healthy relationship with fellow humans. God was sorry He created humans when he saw them engaging in sin and evil continually day and night. Part of that great evil God saw was child abuse/torture and murder. It is a spiritual law that we reap what we sow. If Christians had remained strong in their faith and done the spiritual battle required, the child trafficking and other evils brought about by the love of sin and worship of satan would have been fully eradicated long ago. Today we have a new chance to engage fully in the spiritual battle, repent from sin and end the stolen reign of satan over the Earth.
