Who was in charge of the raid which crashed? Who gave the go ahead?

Where did the Taliban get the weapons to down the Chinooks?

Roughly a year later Benghazi happens.

Who was in charge of USSOCOM during Benghazi, no other than Adm make your bed and his boss was Penetta.

What did they know about Benghazi before it happened?
