That guidance will take into account, with appropriate consideration of military requirements, the principles contained in official guidance of the Attorney General to attorneys for the Federal Government with respect to the disposition of Federal criminal cases in accordance with the principle of fair and evenhanded administration of Federal criminal law."

So that's what Sessions has been doing, kids. Creating the legal framework for airtight prosecution under UCMJ and the President's EO, entirely under the radar.

Trust the Plan.

Did you read the article?

Jeff Sessions, Trump’s attorney general, on Thursday rescinded a six-month-old directive for the Federal Bureau of Prisons to wind down contracts with prison companies, claiming that the measure had impaired the bureau’s ability to meet the future needs of the federal correctional system.

I don't like for-profit prisons either, but I'm not shedding any tears for the cabal bastards that get sent there,

>These prison companies contribute to Trump’s campaign. He pumps up these gulags. The prison companies get rich.

You have sauce for disparaging our President like this, anon? That he's engaging in pay-to-play with for-profit prisons? Contribution reports?

Or are you just a slightly more-clever-than-average shill?

The DOJ has no jurisdiction in cases of court martial, unless I'm missing something here…what Sessions is doing would be distinct from proceedings involving UCMJ…?

Re-read my post; Sessions is making sure the UCMJ/EO prosecutions will meet federal law requirements for prosecution.

NO WAY OUT.

>KEK! Sauce is in the article to which Q linked. Reading comprehension skills are essential.

Yes, it is. I asked you for sauce on your claim

>These prison companies contribute to Trump’s campaign. He pumps up these gulags. The prison companies get rich.

No sauce in article. Never even mentioned in article.

You gonna answer the question, or sidetrack and shill some more?

>Upsidedown cross.

Cross of Saint Peter

The Cross of Saint Peter or Petrine Cross is an inverted Latin cross traditionally used as a Christian symbol, but in recent times also used as an anti-Christian or Satanic symbol.

Catholics expect the cross of the first Pope is used on the papal throne in it's traditional meaning. Satanist perversion of this "proves" nothing in this context.
