I'm not fond of for-profit prisons either (cough cough CoreCivic, cough), yet I wouldn't exactly say that Q is "endorsing". Posting a link as a reference is not exactly an endorsement, same as a notable is not an endorsement.
Also, keep in mind that prison reform has been a priority for POTUS as well. Can the two be balanced? Time will tell.
