This was just another Obama time bomb hot potato for Trump. Kind of like military trannys. Trump has to unfuck the situation somehow. This inevitably involves mostly reversing the policy in the short term. During this time, (they) get to hammer Trump for not delivering Obama's last minute unworkable promises. Plus he already has to reverse all Obama's earnestly established unworkable policies and agreements.
