McCarthy update from the archivesanon

while still unclear after in depth rehash of sheit which is what, i note that recent Q mentions subversion

i think currently 2 things give me muh feels on the mccarthy era

notes: legit incursion known as operation paperclip combined with legit communist idealogy from trendies of the era spread the manifesto from within and throughout

1) subversion in the concept of co-opting. the powers from within that were legit communist prifiteers insurged upon the house cleaning using trchniques we ate familear with today. one example was the tea party how it started to what it became

2) the mccarthy senate committee is/was drunk in power so far in watching his hearings

The Rosenbergs’ trial took place in March 1951. Federal Judge Irving R. Kaufman pronounced the death sentence in early April. The Rosenbergs’ attorneys worked for over two years to have the verdict overturned. They appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court nine times, but the Court refused to review the record. Neither President Truman nor President Eisenhower granted their requests for clemency.

The Rosenbergs got the death penalty for giving atomic secrets to a foreign state…. its actually conspiract to commit espionage but that read makes anons wonder who framed the rosenbergs, so i frased it in the other way to project the death penalty to uranium sellers, secret smugglers, and rogue nuke collaberators
