Many keep posting about feeling and eating/drinkingestc. I have posted on the topic before.
I just watched this video and thought it so worthwhile, I really would like all of you to invest 16 minutes of your life into watching this.
I eat 2 meals a day now. I know 1 is best but 2 isn't bad either. I have been doing this for close to 2 years now. I have NEVER felt better.
This guy could be me talking but I am still on 2 meals. He makes me really want to work at the one meal a day. I have done it many times but I feel more comfortable with 1 1/2 to 2 meals.
