Because it implies that with Trump tweeting the comparison toe McCarthy to Mueller it's one of those "nothing is as it seems" kind of things - He's the one behind the indictments ( a lot of people have guessed this and I think it's pretty much lock stock at this point) - espeially given all the other little nods to it like Pelosi wanting a 2nd special council adn much else.
and I think the QMAP is saying he has the big number and I think the small number is a code - particularly the 17 angry democrats as that's the letter Q - we can disagree all we want not everything is as it seems and some disinfo is real - I could be wrong but I'm sick of fighting about this.

I'm confident Manafort was a way to get a status update and to flip pants by sending him to jail - Mueller was only going after him for that purpose
