Yet some folks here think the crown actually protects their natural rights for some fucked up reason, mainly citing the magna carta etc, you know the freeman on the land types. I could be wrong but just look at how convoluted and ambigious they have made the laws (statutes) here. Two people with the exact same charges with no priors could front court and yet both walk away with different convictictions or nonconvictions and sentences. Says it all really…

I hate to say it but most of them dont even know the law or statutes, and thats just me asking asking them personally. Its a farce really. They do this thing called passing the buck and its always "ill have to check with the justice mininster" or some shit like that. They create so many channels that they have to go through that it protects them and absolves them from any responsibility. Thats one of the problems with government largess in this country.
