there is no other alternative for check and balances with 3 seperate but equal branches of govt

theproblem is abuse and lack of morals

did you know the SCOTUS did not over rule congress FOR 50 YEARS after marbury?

also blame congress - they can modify MANY aspects of the SCOTUS but FAIL
