normie here who has been lurking for a few months–only posting because something way out of the norm is happening, I'll go back to lurking..

the USPTO/PALM for filing patents and viewing has been down since the am of 8/15. for a multi mil company with firm deadlines and many secret technologies ect the USPTO office has had very little info other than to continue to say we will have it up tomorrow but things could happen to not have that happen. the office has said it was an internal issue and that it is not an outside thing.

could china or another have hacked our system?

called patent office and said they can not answer Questions, have no definitive answers and all managers are in a staff meeting.

noticed that 8/15 same day system went down; David Ruschke will become a senior adviser, giving PTO Director Andrei Iancu the opportunity to name his own chief of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
