I was raised RC although have drifted pretty far away. I always found the reinterpretation or restatement of Christ's words at the last supper to be somewhat uncomfortable particularly as they are used in the Communion: "Take and eat, this is my body…" Never really focused on it thoroughly until now as the pedophilia and child sacrifice bubbles to the top.
