Was listening to this last night when CIA Operation: Holy See was discussed. Apparently it’s a MKULTRA sub-op that dealt with creating auditory hallucinations/voice to skull messages in targets. The op was field tested at the Vatican because it was common for people to experience voices/apparitions anyway, thus plausible deniability.
