They never actually name an enemy, that's the "tell", their narrative always falls to an ambiguous unnamed group, plus they usually follow preconceived notions of political bias. Q has never fallen to that tell, he's been fairly clear about the corruption and who's responsible, thing is that for most "conspiracy nuts" out there, he confirms what they already suspected and showed them connections that were laying in plain sight. While he's supportive of POTUS, he doesn't hold Republicans above reproach, which is key, nobody can be above reproach in a true awakening with truth. POTUS himself also doesn't fit to single conventional party ideology, this is why he aggravates both sides of the isle.
