A better translation is "The kingdom of God is Among you" or "in your midst" meaning that Jesus, as the King of Gods heavenly kingdom, was right there with them

Once again, the word "Lucifer" is leftover from the Latin Vulgate. It is not a name in the original Hebrew. also, Isaiah was prophesying about the Phonecian king of Tyre in that chapter if I recall, not the devil specifically. The attitude of that king and that of the devil were very similar, however.
