east texas cartels use these vans. usually heavy dark tint.
look for companion vehicles aka chase cars or escort cars. usually the same color.
cartels here have whole stables of white vans suvs trucks cars and have recently added black blue brown and red. they run several of same color together so that the one with the load escapes scrutiny when the chase cars do something to get law enforcement attention.
