RE: HOLY SEE

Posted this earlier but the bread had already risen quite high.

Was listening to this vid last night when subject of CIA Operation: Holy See came up. Apparently it was a sub-project of MKULTRA that used tech to create auditory and visual hallucinations (voice to skull like) in its targets. It was field tested at the Vatican because it was already common there for individuals to experience hearing voices, seeing apparitions, etc., which provided for cover/plausible deniability for the operatives.
