Thinking for yourself means that you have the right to agree, and to disagree. Right to do so out loud or silently. I agreed out loud with someone that you don't agree with, you disagreed with my disagreement. That was fine, until i was accused of being someone that I'm not ("kate"). That's when shit got weird. The anon I replied to may or not be "kate", i never gave her enough attention to know. I simply don't think it's a bad idea to talk to people no matter their political leaning. As an Independent for the last 18 years, I stand on that, and stood on it, long before we even knew of a "kate".
now, again, if you choose to see that post as "marching orders", that's your perspective, entitled to it. I didn't see it that way. That doesn't mean I'm "kate". Take it or leave it. The choice is always yours.
