The MPs at Gitmo should probably get an intro course on witchcraft and voodoo.

I have no doubt the prisoners will start trying to put hexes and curses on the guards, the president, the army as a whole… but to do this ceremonially correct, they need certain materials.

The MPs need to make sure to keep those materials out of prisoners' hands, prevent them from gathering for satanic ceremonies, etc. They will certainly try.

By all means, they can't allow them to do their rituals on 'freedom of religion' grounds by claiming membership in the Church of Satan.
