According to Ben Fulford's report today, he states that his Pentagon sources told him that several Cabal underground bases were taken out :

Aug. 9 - a 7.0 Earthquake in Indonesia, North of Lombok

Aug. 12 - a 6.4 Earthquake in northern Alaska

Aug. 16 - Alaska, and near Tokyo, Earthquakes bearing hallmarks of artificial quakes

Aug. 16 - Q #1907 - Q posted the X Box Outage map which showed that EVERY major City in the US had XBox outage.

Perhaps Q Team was [PURGing] Cabal hideouts, and taking down their XBox comms so the rats can't find out what happened to the other rats.
