There's a lot going on, basically Venezuelans are flooding out of the country into border towns on the Brazilian side…and the Brazilians are hating them because they just squat. Brazil is already too corrupt and poor for things to work for their own people…much less illegals…
my bet is that there might even be funding behind the Venezuelans but that's just my overly suspicious attitude for now. But a bunch of hardens redneck amazonian tribal types aren't gonna be fucked with. They're chasing the Venezuelans back over the border, burning their shit, and even shooting at the stragglers.
