Sometime way down the line. We have to get ourselves comfortable with dealing with the small shit first.
Problem is, the longer that we let them stay out there without guidance, the more likely it is that someone may snag them up, abuse, and misguide them.
So, the options that I see now are this:

Start it while we're all still learning (if it doesn't come quickly, anyway).

Start it later and hope too many aren't misled by then.
Besides, talking to Ezekiel, there's probably going to be many of us involved in things that won't exactly mesh well with being an official teacher.
