Yes, but I don't think they perform the sacrifices in the pool. There would be a whole ritual involved. These "pools" are used for torturing to split personalities. This is how they control them.

My belief is they were painted pics, but from real scenes the artist witnessed. While digging, there was another painting from an artist that was a victim. She has at least 13 personalities. Anyway, the painting is of a pregnant woman the was either induced into labor or forcefully aborted. The pic shows a child with a dog bowl full of blood and the scene was very bloody. Her paintings tell the story of what she went thru.

 

Here's the 40k ft view. There are probably thousands of victims living in society now that can be triggered at any time to do things like the shooting at the newpaper or schools. All it takes is the right word to trigger these people. How in the hell do you stop them all?
