Change yer diet. No seriously; 90% of medical issues are cured with a proper diet. Analyze your phenotype, and adjust accordingly. There is literally 0 reasons for heart disease outside of congenital defects. Same for stroke, diabetes, and many (not all) forms of cancer. Diet alone fixes almost all of it.
