On page 3 of Donna Brazile's book, Hacks, she clearly states that she was in Orlando for 2 day DNC Platform Committee meeting from July 8-9. So, she could have flown back to DC on July 9th and been there on the night of Seth's murder July 10th.
On July 11th, 2016 at 11:42 am Donna tweeted about Seth Rich from Seattle. If she went back to DC after the DNC event in Orlando, she had plenty of time to get from DC to Seattle.
