MKUltra = Alphabet code- KLM = cult codes are phonetic so it translates: Kill 'Em and the study was about regressive behaviors, entrancing people into mental babies so backwards it is (M)L(K) - Phonetic on the L to Ul + (tra)nce = MK Ultra?
No longer called MK Ultra? So what would the name after MK be used if we were going backwards in the alphabet? How about taking it another letter and reversing it again thus making it K(L)M(N) L Phonetically is aL - N Phonetically is aN = Alan?
I would be surprised if I guessed that right. That's all it is, a guess, my attempt at grasping why they use Alan, Allen, Allan so frequently - it must mean something and this is the first guess I've ever done on it. I doubt I hit the nail on the head but I might be close.
