Yes that could work. I see some of the seized funds if that occurs for infrastructure as well. I’m not convinced it will go down like that though. It would be nice. We need to pray!!!
Another way to save money is to quit allowing politicians to treat government budgets as their personal slush funds, Black budget projects, money allocated to saving some endangered animal but it actually gets appropriated to the C_A or other NGOs for personal use. The amount of (Your) money fuckery is unbelievable.
