Are they building their own J85 engines, too? The J85 is one of the most troublesome turbojets ever. Its time on wing is absolute shit; one cannot work on it without pulling the engine out the ass end of the A/C. The accessories that control it are the most unreliable in USAF inventory. (Full disclosure: I used to work the program; my time in hell on earth.)

It may seem hard to believe in this day and age when the humanities have been infested with political correctness and SJWs, but there was once a time when a classical liberal arts education taught one critical reasoning skills that are sadly absent today. I know because I had one before getting my engineering degree. Over the decades, I was stunned by the lack of critical thought amongst my colleagues.
