re Burning Man
It's about effing time. The original few BM's were NOTHING like it is now. It was about 20-30 people and friends out on Ocean Beach just south of the cliffhouse. Mostly full of tech-minded people/artists/musicians who took an idea about man's duality, got drunk and burned the effigy they created to represent it. It was a big joke to all who attended. I was lucky to have gone to either the second or third one. Was not the first. Many of those people who were at the original ones on the beach are most likely part of all of this fight now.
