The Catholics, back at their Council of Nicaea in the fourth century, decided not to include the Book of Enoch in the Bible.

When the Protestant movement occurred, it doesn't appear there was much interest in re-evaluating that decision. In my opinion the Protestant editors of the Bible should have taken a much more critical look at the decisions made at Nicaea in terms of which ancient texts to include and which to exclude.

Yes, I believe they included it as the fourteenth book of their Old Testament. They also included several other texts that one doesn't find in a Catholic or King James Bible.
