Ron H. Brown = First African American member of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. (black heart pin with skull and bones pic related) (skull logo pic "Sigma Phi Epsilon Balanced Man" also related) (red door frat "red doors everywhere" pic related)
Brown was elected chairman of the Democratic National Committee on February 10, 1989, and played an integral role in running a successful 1992 Democratic National Convention and in Bill Clinton's successful 1992 presidential run.
President Clinton then appointed Brown to the position of Secretary of Commerce in 1993.
During his tenure Brown was involved in the Commerce Department trade mission controversy. This was the alleged selling of seats on United States federal planes going on international trade missions, for the purpose of raising campaign contributions...done while Secretary of Commerce during the Clinton Admin in 1994 and 1995.
1n 1995, Ron Brown helped form the Transatlantic Business Dialogue. TABD says that its goal is to achieve "the freest possible exchange of capital, goods, services, PEOPLE and ideas across the Atlantic".

Secretary Brown died on a trade mission to Croatia, when the government plane he was on flew into a mountainside on April 3 in the 1996 Croatia USAF CT-43 crash. (remote hijacking?)
An anomalous .45" circular wound was found in his head during the post crash investigation. (perhaps before flight?)
His death happened while he was under investigation. Neither of the Clintons, nor Brown, were never charged with any wrongdoing in the trade missions seats matter.
