Let the MSM run with their unjustified
assumptions and make asses of
themselves. This will further discredit
the MSM.
The plea bargain agreement would have set forth the exact language that the parties are allowed to use in discussing (or not discussing) the factual circumstances of their case.
The prosecutor and defense attorney would have negotiated the terms and conditions of the plea agreement. Think about what that implies.
