After a quick search, I have not seen his name mentioned for arrest (I understand that the girl is the one that assaulted the young man). Not a lawfag, but assume that he has broken some form of law for offering payment to another person to commit an assault.
Happened in Oklahoma. Any lawfags know statute that can be reported to authorities?
