Awan's role is not yet played in this drama. As noted earlier, he is bigger than any of us can imagine. He had access to 44 (IIRC) D accounts. THEY refused to press charges from what I've read. THEY stand to lose everything when he hands over what he has on them.

Also, if the payments weren't to shut up whores, and actually from another candidates' campaign finances, they could be illegal for that candidate.

 

If they were for Trump, they definitely were not. It has to come directly from the campaign and knowingly so. Neither case is true.

 

Recall too that Zero got fined $375k for $1.7M in illegal contributions.
