I see a problem in the notables, anyone care, to share why Bread # 3407 Notables are changed?

My understanding was that existing notables could not be altered or changed in anyway from a previous bakers bake, is that correct?
Seems as though most all of them were changed for that bread, I didn't check the others yet…

I tend to say what I mean, when I think something needs to be said, I say it. The notables were wrong…now they are corrected. No Judgement, don't know who is on the other side which is why I questioned..If we are not willing to stand up and fight for correct notables, then we shouldn't be fighting for righting the corruption.
