> ttarchive website appears to be converting its displayed tweets to all EST

Yes, it is probably setting it to current Eastern Time. And we are now under EST. It is probably not taking the date and daylight savings time into account.

>Is this why we are so confused.

Yes

>Should I change the graphic to 6:15pm EDT for Q and 7:15pm EDT for POTUS for a delta [60]

Yes. That would be correct.

>What did Q mean by "Wind the CLOCK?"

dunno, I am just a timefag

I would imagine that screen shots made before 11/5 would show EDT.

As to what would be showing now if you scrolled back to prior to 11/5, I do not know.

Best bet is to show UTC and apply EDT/EST offsets based on post dates.

But based on your screen shots and previous work, the delta is [60].

As for 26804, this is going to be fun.

The time on the graphic is 11:15pm UTC

That is 11:15 + 12 since it is just before midnight. That makes it really 23:15 UTC.

23:15 - 5 = 18:15 EST or 18:15 - 12 = 6:15pm EST

But since the date is 10/28 it is EDT. So…

23:15 - 4 = 19:15 EDT or 19:15 - 12 = 7:15pm EDT

Which matches the twitter snapshot.

I hope that helps.
