Regina Dugan was head of or a head person at DARPA from 09-12. She went to work for Advanced Technolgies and Programs for google 2014 to 4-3-14. There google bought Motorola out and she worked on projects dealing w tech "interfaces" w people. I think she was working on advanced cell mind hacking tech, one area they "researched" then 4/13/16 moved to Facebook's "Building 8" where they secretly worked on brain neuroscience and other means of controlling people. She gave notice about the time Q was posting about her at Building 8 (Nov 2017).

I have posted on this, gave sauz and all and noone cared so i dropped it after reposting every once in a while for a day and a half.
