I'm sure someone already caught this but page 5 of Cohen's indictment says that the court can sentence Cohen to something outside of the agreed upon sentencing range.

 

It also says that if that happens, Cohen has the right to withdraw his guilty plea and contest the charge.

 

That leaves open some interdasting possibilities. If the judge is in on the plan, they could potentially sentence outside the stipulated range to trigger Cohen's plea withdrawal and introduce new evidence.

 

Has anyone dug on who the possible judges could be on this case?

 

Also, have we examined General Flynn's plea deal for similar wording?
