Anybody got a year-by-year list of CF contributors? 2005 to at least 2015.

Thank you. This might be useful later on. For now I need the donors, a lot of information seems to have been wiped from the CF site. Btw, I looked up the Swedish adress. CF nowhere to be found anymore,
