I dont think BM is /ourguy/ but BM would be in the BEST position to route / round-up the criminals.
It is likely that POTUS's enemies have had incriminating email chains since the start and on-going since the SC appointment. It could be Sessions assigned Cyber unit to monitor RR and everyone else involved.
