It is completely obvious that the picture shows a missle. Now if the pic is authentic then someone approved the launch of a missle!
This guy, Sandy Berger came to mind when I read the item/reddit post that Q linked. Was actually caught stealing docs, stuffed down his pants and arm sleeves. Received slap on wrist, I think $50kfine.
